The short version
There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site. No third-party scripts run in your browser. Nothing is loaded from a CDN. If you just read the site, nothing about you is stored.
If you send an enquiry
The booking form stores what you type: your name, email address, subject and message, plus the time you sent it. It is kept in a private database table that only invited staff can read, and it is used to reply to you. It is not sold, shared or added to any mailing list.
If you're on the team
Signing in stores your email address, a display name, your role and the times your account was created and changed. Actions taken in the console — invites, role changes, removals — are written to an activity log so there's a record of who did what.
Sign-in uses a one-time email link. No password is stored, because there isn't one.
Who processes this
- Netlify hosts the site and, like every web host, keeps standard server request logs.
- Supabase hosts the database and handles the sign-in emails.
- Kick is called from our server for live stream data. Your browser is not identified to Kick by this site — the request comes from us, not from you.
Cookies
None for visitors. If you sign in, a session token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
Retention and removal
Enquiries are kept while they're useful and then deleted. If you want your message or your account data removed, send a request through the enquiry form and it will be deleted.
